The Alberta Provincial Committee is run by volunteers. A provincial executive leads the committee, supported by directors who each look after a portfolio or a region of the province, and by coordinators who run a specific programme or facility.
How we're organized
- The Executive — the Chair, Vice Chair, Director of Finance, Secretary, and Past Chair steer the committee and its finances.
- Directors — the board. Portfolio directors lead areas such as air resources, training, and fundraising; Wing Directors each cover a region of Alberta, supporting the Squadron Sponsoring Committees in their wing and carrying local concerns back to the provincial table.
- Coordinators — volunteers who look after one programme or facility, from our campgrounds and the gliding site to membership and social media.
- National Board — Albertans who represent the province on the Air Cadet League of Canada's national board.
