Fees are $225 per attendee for all registrations received by the deadline of Friday 9 October 2026, payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer no later than upon your arrival on 23 October 2026. Late registration is $255 for registrations received from 10 October to 16 October 2026. Absolutely no registrations or cancellations will be accepted after 16 October 2026, as banquet orders and room planning must be submitted to the hotel by this date.

Pre-registration is required — registrations are not accepted at the conference itself, so please complete the form below before the deadline. Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] by 16 October 2026 for a refund.

Booking a hotel room? The block at the Sheraton Cavalier closes at 5:00 pm on Friday 9 October — quote “With the Air Cadet League of Canada 2026” for the group rate.
