The air cadet program only works because people step up — as cadets, as volunteers, and as staff. Whichever door you're standing at, here's how to walk through it.
Become an Air Cadet
For youth aged 12–18. Aviation, leadership, survival training, sports, music, and friends for life — at no cost to join. Start here.
Volunteer with a Sponsoring Committee
Parents and community members power every squadron behind the scenes. A few hours a month makes a real difference. See what's involved.
Become Adult Staff
Work directly with cadets as a Civilian Volunteer, Civilian Instructor, or CIC officer. Compare the roles.
Join the APC
Experienced League volunteers can serve at the provincial level. Learn about membership.
